What if I purchase a live ticket and can’t make it? Do I get a refund?
Unfortunately due to the limited capacity for attendance, there will be no refunds. However, you will still get access to attend virtually as well as 1 year of replays!
Where should I stay? Is there a hotel I should book at?

Will there be a room block?
Yes – details regarding room blocks will be available at a later date and all General and VIP ticket holders will receive an email with the information.
Will I have access to the recordings?
Yes. We will provide access to the recording for one year after the event.
Will there be a chance to meet Kristen personally?
